At JSK Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The size does not fit (size exchange policy applicable)

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product should not have stains, perfume smell, or damage


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear & intimate wear

  • Socks & accessories (if hygiene-related)

  • Products purchased during clearance sale

  • Customized or altered products


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@jskfashion.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if damaged)

  2. Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable) or customer may need to self-ship the product.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection.

  • Refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange allowed (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
