1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Return Conditions:

Product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Product should not have stains, perfume smell, or damage
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Innerwear & intimate wear

Socks & accessories (if hygiene-related)

Products purchased during clearance sale

Customized or altered products
3. Return Process

Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable) or customer may need to self-ship the product.
4. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed after product inspection.

Refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method.

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Exchange Policy

Size exchange allowed (subject to stock availability).

Exchange shipping charges may apply.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
